The Challenge

Conference rooms were reserved in a group chat, where requests got lost among other messages. The result was mismatched and overlapping bookings.

What I Built

An Outlook Calendar booking flow. When a room is set as the location, it sends a confirmation email with a room-cleaning request button and posts a flow card to the group chat.

Results

  • Zero booking conflicts
  • Cleaning requests triggered automatically from each booking
