The Challenge
A growing team was tracking tasks, deadlines and sales follow-ups across chats and spreadsheets. Work slipped between the gaps and nobody had one view of progress.
What I Built
LaunchPad gives the team one workspace: grouped task lists with owners, progress and dates, a priority Kanban for the week, and a timeline of every workstream. It runs on Amplify Gen 2 with a typed AppSync API over DynamoDB.

- One shared view of every task, owner and deadline
- Sales follow-ups tracked in the same workflow as delivery work
- Runs at $0 a month on AWS Amplify Gen 2, AppSync and DynamoDB
- A typed data layer that is easy to extend as the team grows

- Installer FinderCustom software I built for NANOlink Australia that runs locally and finds Paint Protection Film installers by state. Claude plans the search coverage, the Google Places API finds the businesses, Claude vets each one, and businesses already on the list are skipped automatically.
- AI-driven Content ProductionAn AI-assisted content workflow that produces on-brand marketing content for NANOlink with Higgsfield and Claude, across social media, email and SMS.
